Elyria Develops Greenway and Trail Master Plan
The City of Elyria, through funding made available by NOAA and ODNR's Office of Coastal Management, has developed a Greenway and Trail Master Plan that addresses current and future needs of the city for recreational trails, trails as alternative transportation, the health of the Black River resources found in Elyria, the conveyance of stormwater into the river and the potential ecotourism connection opportunities to the region.
